Ordering and distribution of gThankYou gift certificates is easy!

Simple 4-Step Process:

  1. Contact Us: Call 888-484-1658 to discuss your distribution needs, including the number of locations or individuals, timing, and any additional materials you’d like to include.

  2. Complete the Spreadsheet: If you’re mailing to individuals or shipping to many locations, we’ll provide a pre-formatted spreadsheet for you to complete with the necessary addresses.

  3. Approve Your Order: Once you review and approve the details, including timing and costs, we handle the rest.

  4. Ship & Deliver: Orders without envelopes are shipped the same day for fast delivery. Orders involving envelopes, whether mailed to individuals or shipped in bulk, are prepared within one week of receiving all necessary information.

Reliable Shipping Options

We offer same-day standard ground UPS shipping as well as second-day or next-day delivery for urgent orders. All bulk shipments are sent via UPS for secure and reliable delivery, while individual mailings are processed through USPS, with all addresses verified before dispatch.

Holiday Shipping & Mailing Schedule:

For orders involving certificates mailed to individuals or shipped to many locations, the following Mail and Ship dates apply. For complex orders outside of the holiday season, we offer flexible scheduling with up to one week to process.
