Are there any minimum quantity requirements when ordering?
There are no minimum requirements. You can order as few as one.
Do you offer volume discounts and, if so, how many do I have to order?
We do offer volume discounts starting at as few as 500 hundred certificates or more, however the discounts vary by certificate type and value.
Are there any set-up fees or contracts I have to pay or agree to?
There are no contracts and no set-up fees. Never have been, never will be.
Where can recipients redeem the certificates?
Recipients can redeem gThankYou Gift Certificates at nearly all traditional grocery stores in the U.S. that accept Manufacturer Coupons.
How do gThankYou Gift Certificates work?
gThankYou Gift Certificates function like Manufacturer Coupons, valid for the specified merchandise and redeemable at major grocery chains across the U.S. They do not have cash value and cannot be used for non-specified items.
Can I customize the certificates?
Yes! Personalize your certificates with your company name, personal name, or logo – all at no additional cost. When you order online, you’ll have the option to specify how you’d like your certificates customized.
What are Gratitude Cards?
Gratitude Cards are fun and festive cards you can personalize with a message and your company logo, free of charge! Choose from a wide selection of designs, and we’ll even send you a proof to approve before printing. The cards are 3” x 4”, printed on card stock, and fit perfectly in a #10 envelope.
How do I order my free Gratitude Cards?
When placing your order online, select “Yes” to add free Gratitude Cards. You can then choose a design, personalize your message, and upload a logo if desired. Once customized, we’ll send you a proof for approval. Note: Logos should be high-quality (150+ dpi) in formats such as JPG, PNG, or TIFF. For assistance, contact us at cards@gthankyou.com.

Where can I redeem my certificate?

What if the store has difficulty processing my certificate?
If a store that honors Manufacturer Coupons has any questions or issues processing your certificate, please ask them to call 888-484-1658 while you are there, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I spend more than the amount on the certificate?
Yes! You can pay any additional amount at the register if your purchase exceeds the certificate value.
What if I spend less than the certificate amount?
gThankYou Certificates function like Manufacturer Coupons: you receive the specified food item, but no change is given.
Can I use the certificate to buy other items?
No, gThankYou Gift Certificates are valid only for the merchandise specified on the certificate.
Can I shop in a different state?
Yes! You can redeem your certificate anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I give my certificate to someone else?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to gift or donate your certificate to someone else.

How to Validate gThankYou Gift Certificates gThankYou Gift Certificates are Manufacturer Coupons with built-in safety features for easy validation. These features are printed on light grey safety paper and include:
Coupon Industry Council Official Gold Hologram – Located along the left edge of the coupon.
Heat-Sensitive Pink “g”s – Along the right edge. These “g”s disappear when exposed to heat, such as breathing on them or pinching with warm fingers.
Embedded Watermark – Found on the back of the coupon. Scratching any white area reveals a darkened watermark in the shape of our “g” logo.
Safety Paper – The coupon is printed on light grey safety paper, which displays “VOID” if photocopied. Download PDF of Coupon Safety Features for Managers here.
Cashier Instructions for gThankYou Manufacturer Coupons Cashiers should honor all valid gThankYou Manufacturer Coupons. The coupons are price-required, meaning the cashier must input the correct value after scanning the barcode. The value of the purchase should be written in the box on the back of the coupon. Note: Consumers pay the difference if their purchase exceeds the coupon value, and no change is given for purchases below the coupon value.
Submitting gThankYou Coupons for Reimbursement Submit gThankYou Coupons to your coupon clearinghouse, just like any other Manufacturer Coupon. If needed, you can bypass your clearinghouse and submit redeemed coupons along with an invoice to Inmar, our coupon clearinghouse partner, at the address provided on the coupon.
